Let me take
a crack at your current situation. You have a desktop system that
has either failed completely or a constant annoyance of an issue you
have tried just about everything you can think of to resolve the issue,
but still nothing. You have went to the manufacturer's web site, tried
contacting technical support either by phone, online or both and to no
avail. So, what do you attempt now? You call every place that claims to
work on PCs for a "reasonable price," just to be told that they don't
know how much it will cost to fix it and will just have to look at it.
Which means writing a "blank check" which is absolutely out of the
question! Furthermore, from what you are describing to them it is
suggested that you may want to just purchase a new system like they are
handing them out at stores like fruit baskets, right?
So
needless to say you are basically stuck right? Sound familiar? Well
